Quick and Easy Pizza
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 pkg Instant Yeast
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
3/4 cup Very hot water
1 tsp Vegetable oil
1 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 pkg Pepperoni
1/2 can Tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cup of the flour, yeast, salt and sugar
In another bowl, combine hot water and oil
Gradually add hot liquid to flour mixture
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of flour onto the work surface
Knead dough for about 5 minutes, or until dough is elastic and flour is totally combined
Divide dough into one piece per person, and form each into a ball.
Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 10 minutes
While waiting, grate the cheese and cut up the pepperoni
When 10 minutes is up, flatten dough with rolling pin
Place on baking sheet when the desired shape of dough has been accomplished
Add the sauce, cheese and pepperoni
Bake for 10-12 minutes (watch carefully near the end to prevent browning the crust too much)
